Sewanee Freezes Tuition

You may have already seen this news, but Sewanee issued a big announcement this week regarding guaranteeing four years of tuition.  It will be interesting to see if any other colleges follow suit.

The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine

The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine is currently accepting  applications for the 2012 Veterinary Summer Experience Program. The program will take place June 4-July 27, 2013. To apply, a student must:

• Be a legal resident of the State of Tennessee and be enrolled in a Tennessee high school
• Be a current high school junior or senior
• Be at least sixteen years of age by June 4, 2013
• Have a minimum 3.0 cumulative gpa
• Be available for full time employment (40 hours per week) between June 4-July 27, 2013
• Have not previously participated in the Veterinary Summer Experience Program

All applicants must submit an application, an official high school transcript, and three reference letters. Applications must be electronically submitted by 11:59 pm on March 5, 2012. Supplemental materials must be postmarked by March 6, 2012. Further information and application materials may be obtained on the website at www.vet.utk.edu/summerexperience.
